Product and Mold Analysis
Mold flow analysis is one of the processes that can identify problems in part and mold design before we cut steel. This is an important step to avoid costly mistakes. Fully integrated in our CAD environment, we can use Mold Flow's Mold Advisor software to take a solid model of your product and make a computer-generated simulation of what happens during the injection cycle in the mold. This powerful software can help develop and test a single or multi-cavity runner systems before the mold design stage is complete. We can experiment with different materials and gate locations in the virtual world so as to save time and money when we cut steel in the actual world. We can also predict flow lines, stress and orientation of glass fibers, which helps to predict how a part will warp during cooling.
