Using SolidWorks in conjunction with MoldWorks, SplitWorks & ElectrodeWorks from R&B Design, conceptualizing your mold design becomes a clear and concise science. A designer can see precisely how your mold will fit together and with SolidWorks Animator, he can simulate how it will work. What this means to you, the customer, is saving time and money by avoiding expensive guesswork. Our philosophy at Distinctive Plastics is that even a good design can fail unless the crucial link between the designer and the toolmaker is made. And the only way to do that is to have fully detailed plans of the project. We also provide in-house "mold flow analysis" to eliminate more of the guesswork when designing a mold.
