SolidWorks provides us with a seamless integration of the design process and the manufacturing process through CamWorks. We never leave the SolidWorks environment. This allows us to streamline our efforts and avoid costly mistakes translating data. If data translation is necessary, we have the ability to import files from other CAD programs using feature generation software. Having the features and database of a model intact rather than a "Dumb File" allows you to fully utilize the power of your software for editing and creating paths. We also use ESPRIT-X by DP Technologies for certain programming such as Wire EDM. Once the parts have been generated, they are transmitted via DNC transmission to one of four state of-the-art CNC machining centers. We have 2-axis, 3-axis and 4-axis machining centers, with experienced programmers to very accurately transform your visions into reality. Of course there is still no replacement for good old fashion mold maker technology, and we have that too.
