Preventative Maintenance
With our Molding MRP System, we can accurately track the maintenance cycle of your mold. A planning team, consisting of a mold maker, a quality engineer and a manufacturing engineer meet to discuss the needs of your mold. A variety of preventative maintenance routines are considered and intervals are determined. After the data is input into the computer, the tracking begins. At a predetermined number of cycles, a "PM Work Order" is automatically generated and your mold is taken off line and serviced at the next opportunity.
