Our philosophy at Distinctive Plastics is that even a good design can fail unless the crucial link between the designer and the toolmaker is made, and the only way to do that is to have fully detailed plans of the project. To that end, we also provide in-house mold flow analyses to eliminate more of the guesswork when designing a mold. The more that we plan and anticipate potential problems, the better the injection molding process will be down the road, which is why we put so much emphasis on plastic injection mold design and building.
