In order to better serve our demand for technical molds, DPI has upgraded to Mitsubishi's ne MD+PRO II CNC Wire EDM Machine. This new machine with is high speed processing, 27.5" x 23.2" x 8.4" work area and 15 degree taper capability, our in-house construction of technical tooling is accomplished faster and with more accuracy. Although we still continue to source many tools with our off shore partner, the demand for the more technical tooling such as 2-shot and IMD requires us to continue to expand our in-house capability. Having these capabilities also enables us to accommodate product development, prototyping and revisions better.
