DPI is a contract manufacturer specializing in technical injection-molding services, such as medical device molding (ISO 13485), two-shot molding, in-mold decorating (IMD), in-mold assembly (IMA), vertical-insert molding, and horizontal molding from 28- to 500-ton. We offer Class 8 molding environments or industrial standard and are dedicated to utilizing robotics and automation to improve Quality & Efficiency. Current production is 75-85% automation assisted. We qualify all molds using the Nautilus System for Scientific Molding and offer Medical IQ/OQ/PQ Validation as well as PPAPs and custom plans. We offers full in-house mold-making, repair and revision services plus off-shore procurement with DPI Project management and DFM services. We help you make it right!
