Over thirty computers located throughout the factory provide our team access to a common information storage, streamlining communication throughout the facility and assuring that our entire team will be focused on quality and on-time execution. 

Real Time Monitoring of Production

Thanks to the integration of real-time monitoring software, the DPI team will know any quality testing or control results immediately. We’re able to see what’s happening at each stage of production, which allows us to determine and ensure the accurate and dynamic scheduling of the production flow. Through this type of monitoring, we can constantly receive updated schedules, providing our team with the visibility necessary to keep your product flowing. With a quick glance, our production personnel know what is running and which processes have issues. 

Manufacturing Resource Planning and Tracking

Our wireless Warehouse Management System uses IR scanners to track the movements of raw materials, equipment and finished goods throughout the production cycle. Real-time product movement and on-the-fly production reporting gives us a much more accurate picture of where your product is in the production process. Mold construction is also closely monitored and mold maintenance is automatic thanks to computer-generated work orders.
